Skyblue Research is pleased to announce a number of very positive and significant changes for 2010 which we hope will benefit customers old and new.

The company has moved to new, larger offices on the 4th of January to accommodate a growing team of highly skilled full time researchers and creatives who will be delivering an exciting portfolio of projects together for over 30 clients in the coming year. We look forward to introducing you to the team and our new range of services throughout the year.

This website - and indeed the company's identity - will also be changing by April 2010 to reflect the different, but complementary, aspects of the business as follows.

  • Skyblue Research will continue to provide high quality market, social, economic research and evaluation services to clients building on the consultancy team's twenty years' experience working for public, private and third sector organisations. Projects we are currently engaged in range from evaluations of regional skills or sector networks, evaluations of nationwide apprenticeship schemes, through to a major review of learning and development standards across the UK, through to bespoke feasibility studies and economic assessments for clients in relation to industries as diverse as sport, culture, creative, education and nuclear.
  • Skyblue Creative is a new division being formed to reflect the growing number of marketing-oriented commissions we undertake for clients including film and documentary production, network and event management and new media projects. A current example of work includes the contract to deliver the operational management of the Skills Employment and Education Network for the 2012 Games in Yorkshire and the Humber which involves film production, event delivery and partner briefings, website design and content management and working with 600 partners in the region and nationally to maximise the opportunities of the Olympic Games and Paralympic Games in London in 2012. 5% of any project commission will also be directly invested towards our chosen charity Accessible Arts and Media whose primary aim is to create high quality, accessible and inclusive opportunities for young people, people with disabilities and the wider community.

We aspire to work with forward-thinking clients who share our desire to deliver projects that matter, and that have a genuinely positive outcome for their organisation, the wider economy or society at large.
